Fresh paint throughout the hotel, making it feel welcoming. Breakfast was nice with big towels available. Housekeeping did a commendable job keeping the room tidy.

There was a significant issue with cleanliness in some areas, as various guests reported grime and odorous rooms. Additionally, the staff's ability to address concerns seemed lacking.

my recent stay was quite pleasant, surpassing my previous visits in milton. the staff was extremely accommodating, which really made a difference during my short visit. i appreciated the pet-friendly accommodations that made traveling with my dog much easier....  

It was just a nice choice for a holiday in Milton with definitely value for money. The continental breakfast was freshly made and very comforting, making mornings pleasant. Plan to arrive early if you need extra time to settle in.

The night staff was really attentive, making my late check-in smooth, and the breakfast was just delicious with fresh options. I loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on the loungers. Just a small note, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my trip one bit! 😊

During my stay at the Best Western in Milton, I appreciated the friendly staff and straightforward check-in process. The cleanliness of my King Room impressed me, but the air conditioning unit struggled a bit. A pleasant experience in the heart of Americana.

The King Room was decent but had some issues. It felt damp and musty when we first walked in, which was tough to handle. The fridge and microwave were handy, at least. The bathroom was pretty standard too. Not a total disaster, but definitely could have been better. Wouldn't say I loved it.
